It was over a decade ago that ZEST’s co-founders Richard Cobcroft and Fiona Grigg decided it was time to inject some zest into healthcare communications.
Soon after, ZEST Healthcare Communications launched into the Australian market. The new agency reflected the enthusiasm and commitment of its founders and driven by the core values of passion, collaboration, integrity, and insight, ZEST quickly grew to become the biggest medical education agency in Australia.
From day one, we understood that healthcare was about to undergo a digital revolution and built a strong in-house digital team to guide our clients through this complex new world, earning us the reputation as the digital agency that really understands the unique needs of the health sector.
In those early days, our patient outreach team ran two support programs, providing much needed reassurance and education for patients with rare diseases. They did it so well, we were asked to design and run more and more programs and today our super-sized team provides large-scale nationwide support, product familiarisation, and adverse event monitoring programs across all disease areas.
In our most recent chapter, we joined the Symbion network (under the EBOS Group). Together we can now offer patients and healthcare professionals a complete end-to-end service from program strategy to education, product storage and delivery, through to community delivery and in-home services.
